Interesting lists. I wonder what factors they used to determine the best places to invest. I would argue with a few of those, so I need to follow your link to understand their reasoning. Thank you for the link.

Interesting lists II: I like the fact that Boston made the list but I too would like to know the rationale. I am still searching for that 65% after repair value (ARV) deal.
