This is a great piece that puts a positive spin on the current real estate market. It makes the case that this is a first time homebuyer market like we may have never seen before. Thankfully there are still first time homebuyer programs out there and if they have a decent job and decent credit, there are still ways for these buyers to get in to homes with little or nothing down.
